Black Diamond LLC made pick up and drop off so simple. They were very understanding when I needed to modify my trip and extend it due to the holiday. They were happy to help and very accommodating to my needs.I definitely will be renting from them again soon. The car was extremely clean, fresh, smelling, and drove so smoothly.!I highly recommend them!

Great service! The car was in excellent condition — fresh and clean. They were also quick to respond when I contacted them to see if an extension was possible.
I would like to add that I booked and received the vehicle all on Thanksgiving Day! So thankful that they were available and at service even during the holiday!

The host were amazing!!! Responded to all messages promptly. The father daughter team were extremely courteous and professional. The car was beautiful, well kept, and a joy to drive. The pick up and drop off location was a family friendly park in a really nice neighborhood. I would definitely use Black Diamond again
